At Salty Bunker, we want you to love what you wear! Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:
Returns Policy
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Make a Return
- Request a Return: Email our customer service team at saltybunker@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your items back.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at saltybunker@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and getting your replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at saltybunker@gmail.com with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged goods.
